As part of the Services, you can input, upload, or submit information and materials ("Input") into the PropensityAI Engine, which will generate responses ("Output") using AI tools. Your use of the PropensityAI Search Engine, including any Output, may also be subject to third-party license restrictions.
1.1.2 Prohibited Inputs
You agree not to input, upload, or submit sensitive information, including but not limited to social insurance numbers (SIN), financial details, account credentials, intellectual property, or other confidential/personally identifiable information. 1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.
USER ACCOUNTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND FREE TRIALS
2.1 Account Creation and Security
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account or link an existing account (e.g., Apple or Google). You agree to provide accurate and updated information and are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at contact@PropensityAI.com if your account is compromised.
2.2 Paid Services
Some Services are free, but paid subscriptions require payment of applicable fees and taxes in Euros. Failure to pay may result in termination of access. Subscriptions may auto-renew, and we reserve the right to change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
2.3 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund by emailing contact@PropensityAI.com. After this period, payments are nonrefundable, and you retain access until the end of the paid subscription period.

3.1 Payment for Offerings
You may purchase products or services ("Offerings") through the Services. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the full purchase amount, including taxes and shipping.
3.2 Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are subject to additional terms and may not be duplicated, sold, or transferred. They are not valid for cash and may expire or be disabled at any time.
3.3 Pricing and Availability
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of Offerings at any time. Pricing errors may result in order cancellations.
